There are really a lot of great games being uploaded to Playyoo now. I feel a bit guilty about singling one out over another, as everyday I find a new favourite, but Sketch Lite by Santoki is really clever. This sort of thing can get addictive!
Sign up for Playyoo, post a comment on this game's home page with this text: "Discovered on David's blog at www.snowhenge.net" before 28th Feb, and I'll send you a free gift of your choice from our wonderful range of Playyoo merchandise.
So you've tried cards, chocolates, flowers, perfume, puppies, raspberry flavoured goats, and NONE of it worked.
Well, despair no more: Playyoo has the solution for you: yes, the world's first on-line casual Valentine Day's Game creator for mobile phones (as far as we know) is coming now to a monitor near you!
Make a video like this, in a few minutes. Playyoo will send it for you, first thing bright and early on the big day...
... and who knows: maybe this will work where all else has failed. And anyway, what have you got to lose ?
There is still one week to go for entries in the Playyoo games contest, and things are heating up. Samir, who is also behind Mobile Wish, offering very innovative Flash Lite services and who has dominated so far, has made a very generous offer to relinquish all prizes except his top one.
A look at the leaderboard shows that a late entry, The Empty Space, from loomand, is demonstrating that it's not over 'til it's over.
Another game picking up a lot of interest is the highly addictive - and exasperating - Jump.

All in all we're picking up some great games, and the contest prizes - up to $10,000, remember - will be well deserved.
We're getting some really great games uploaded by early adopters at Playyoo. It isn't really fair for me to single any out, but I'm going to anyway. "The Bee Game" by Ifons is really excellent. It manages to pack in two different game plays, as well as a cute intro and great graphics, into one small game, based around the idea that you're a bumble bee trying to fly around and avoid a sticky end....
Totally addicting :-)
Take a look on YouTube:
We're starting to see some really good quality games coming into Playyoo. There was some concern, both inside and outside the team, that we would be overwhelmed by trivial games made with the Game Creator, but actually, we're seeing both some pretty imaginative stuff coming out of the Game Creator, and some really good games coming from Flash Lite developers.
Today's "Pick of the Day", Orang Bunian, by Faisal Arbain, is just one of many examples.
Now we have to ramp up the site's features to do justice to the quality of the user generated content...
